What Makes This Role Great:
  • This co-op provides hands-on experience working on real AI solutions used across our lines of business. You’ll help build, test, and support AI tools and agents, learning by doing, not just observing. By the end of the term, you’ll have contributed to production AI solutions and gained insight into how modern organizations adopt and scale 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Help build, test, and support AI agents, AI workflow automation, and AI-powered tools used across the business. 
  • Assist with AI use cases including support, analytics, forecasting, compliance, and internal knowledge or chatbot tools. 
  • Create training materials, documentation, and knowledge-sharing resources to support AI adoption. 
  • Collaborate with teams to translate business needs into practical AI-enabled solutions. 
  • Participate in structured onboarding and learning with tools such as Microsoft Copilot. 
  • Support enterprise AI initiatives and rollout of high-impact use cases. 

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related program. 
  • Basic understanding of AI concepts with interest in real-world applications. 
  • Interest in AI agents, automation, and Microsoft Copilot. 
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams. 
  • Organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Awareness of AI governance and responsible AI best practices. 


Compensation & Term 

Hourly Rate: $20-$24/hour 

Work Term: 4 months
